This offer is available to eligible new Blackbaud customers and applies to new qualifying YourCause solution purchases only. Renewals and add-ons to currently owned solutions are excluded.
The offer applies only to qualifying YourCause from Blackbaud solutions identified by Blackbaud.
Promotion availability may vary by product, customer type, and contract structure.
The offer is available to eligible organizations registered in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, subject to applicable local legal and regulatory requirements.

Promotional Benefit

Eligible customers will receive a waiver of implementation fees for the first contract year of qualifying products. Future year platform and service fees will be detailed in the applicable Order Form.
Professional services, training, third-party products, support services, and other non-subscription fees may not be included in the promotion unless expressly stated in writing.

Contract Requirements

Eligible purchases require execution of a new agreement or amendment signed by December 31, 2026 for intended platform transition and implementation in 2027.
Qualifying purchases require a minimum three-year contract term.
Customers must remain in good standing and comply with all contractual obligations.

Offer Period

Promotion and pricing provided under this promotion as detailed is available for a limited time and expires on December 31 2026.

Restrictions

Promotion may not be combined with other discounts, pricing programs, incentives, or promotional offers.
Promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credits.

Modification and Termination

Blackbaud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
All decisions regarding promotion eligibility and application are final.
