13th Annual Report on Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement Trends

Since 2015, the Industry Review has been developed to provide corporations insight into employee engagement and social responsibility. Observations of key learnings and trends throughout this report were analysed through data collected within the CSRconnect® and GrantsConnect® platforms. Findings in this report are from a subset of the entire client and employee population and evaluate programme data from January – December 2024.

This report is created to provide benchmarking data and identify shifts in employee philanthropic behaviour, as well as trends in CSR programme elements offered by companies to their employee population.
